Spend a relaxed afternoon with classmates discovering Tuscan wines from small local producers.

Join classmates for an informal wine tasting at Tuscan Taste Florence, a welcoming central Florence venue focused on wines from small Tuscan producers.

This tasting is designed to be relaxed, social, and approachable. Rather than a formal wine class, it will be an opportunity to enjoy good conversation, sample regional wines, and learn a little about the people and places behind each bottle.

The tasting will combine Tuscan wines with sharing boards featuring local cheeses, cured meats, bread, bruschette, and other small Tuscan specialties. With guidance from Tuscan Taste's sommelier, participants will be able to explore wines from small producers according to their own tastes and curiosity.

An Afternoon Discovering Tuscan Wines

Share an afternoon with classmates exploring the wines, traditions, and flavors of Tuscany in a relaxed neighborhood tasting room.

tuscan-taste-drinking-wineInstead of thinking of this as a wine appreciation class, imagine spending a couple of hours with friends in a comfortable Florentine wine shop, tasting a selection of regional wines while learning the stories behind the people who make them.

Tuscan Taste Florence specializes in wines from small independent producers, many of whom practice organic, biodynamic, or natural winemaking. Each tasting is tailored to the interests of the group, making the experience welcoming whether you're an experienced wine enthusiast or simply curious to discover more about Tuscany's remarkable wine culture.

The tasting will begin at 3:00 PM and is expected to last about 1½–2 hours, leaving plenty of time before our Farewell Dinner that evening.
