Cooking with Carlotta – Tuscan Cooking Class
Optional Small Group Activity
Join classmates for a hands-on Tuscan cooking experience hosted by Cooking with Carlotta, set in a charming countryside cottage just outside Florence. This immersive class includes the preparation of traditional dishes such as fresh handmade pasta, seasonal specialties, and dessert, followed by a shared meal with wine.
Guests are welcomed with a traditional Italian aperitivo, and the experience emphasizes both authentic recipes and the warmth of Tuscan hospitality. Transportation involves a short tram ride from central Florence, followed by a brief pickup to the cottage.

The experience will begin with a light Italian aperitivo (vermouth or spritz), followed by a guided tasting of several different amaros—ranging from lighter, citrus-forward styles to more complex and bitter expressions.
